KS2 Teacher  - 12 months  from 01/09/22

The Governors of St Mary's Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom teacher for September 2022. The post will be suitable for NQT's to M3 scale teachers. 

Primary School Classroom Teacher with subject area responsibility 

Full time – Fixed Term (one year)        

Scale: Main Pay Range 1-3

Part time Teaching Assistant with lunchtime duty - 12 months from 01/09/22

The Governors at St Mary's are looking to appoint a part time Level 1 teaching assistant form 1/9/22 until 31/8/23.  This is temporary for 12 months. You will also be required to do the welfare assistant role each day.  The job will be Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide-ranging role with children and supporting the work of staff.

The position may be suitable for a newly qualified teacher not wanting to take up a teaching post, but looking to gain further experience.

Lunchtime Supervisor - 12 months from 01/09/22

The Governors at St Mary's Catholic Primary School are seeking to add to our lunchtime team and wish to appoint a lunchtime welfare assistant to supervise the children during the lunch hour. Our school has a strong culture of safeguarding and the recruitment process will reflect this.


We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and flexible in their approach to their work, with a passion for working with children.

The welfare assistant must show flexibility with their work schedule and training will be provided in-house. You will need to be able to work with children from Reception to Year 6.
